- All items must be unused and in new condition, with all manufacturer tags attached.

All items that are returned and received used or not in resell condition; will be shipped back to the customer at customer's expense.

Shoes must be unworn and not have any tape or shipping labels attached to the box they came in.

Clothing must be clean and unwashed; with all tags attached.

Videos must not be opened.

Skateboards and snowboards must not be used.
- We suggest that if you would like an exchange to order new item online and simply mail original order back.

To return products simply mail the product back with an explanation for the return; along with a copy of your receipt.

Allow 1-2 work weeks from date we receive the return to process and credit the account used in original order.
